You can put this solution on YOUR website!
8,11,25 and p is 15,
(p+44)/4 =15
p+44 =60

then 8+11+25+p=60

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The average is the sum of the elements divided by the number of elements.
%288%2B11%2B25%2Bp%29%2F4=15
.
.
8%2B11%2B25%2Bp=60
Now solve for p.

(8 + 11+ 25 + p)/4 = 15 ( is the method of finding average)
Multiplying 4 on either side , we get
44 + p = 60
p = 16
