Let w =liters water in final mixture
Let s= liters of spirit in final mixture
13.75%2A%28w%2Bs%29 is the price of spirit in final mixture
12s is what the spirit cost originally

13.75w+%2B+13.75s+=+15s
13.75w+=+1.25s
