Question 1153517: suppose an object is moving at 76 ft/sec .how fast would you have to drive a car to keep pace with this object?
Answer by Theo(13342) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
you would have to move the car 76 feet per second.
in terms of miles per hour:
76 feet per second * 60 = 4560 feet per minute
4560 feet per minute * 60 = 273600 feet per hour
273600 feet per hour / 5280 = 51.81818181.... miles per hour.
51.81818181... is the same as 51 + 9/11 miles per hour.
