4.5=9/2
9/2 divided by 15/7, which is 2 1/7 is 9/2*7/15=63/30 or 2.1 hours
9/2 divided by 9/4, which is 2 1/4 is 9/2*4/9=2 hours
Luke arrives 0.1 hour later or 6 minutes after noon.

Write 4 1/2 in this case, using the "blank" symbol between the integer part and the fraction.
