$10 of the $93 is going to his sister's friend; that leaves $83 for Phil and his sister.
If they are to finish with the same amount, then each should have $83/2 = $41.50.
So Phil should keep $41.50; the amount he should give his sister is $93-$41.50 = $51.50.
