Right now the median of the data is 54 (the average of the two 54's).
Adding a value less than 54 will then cause you to average the 6th value and the first 54. So that value will be less than 54.
You need it to be 3 different from 54 or 51.

Adding a value greater than 54 now causes you to average the 6th and 7th value which are both 54. So the median will remain at 54.
You cannot add any value that will give you a median of 57.
