Benson is a leap year baby. Leap years occur every 4 years.
Where I am, the day ends at 11:59pm and the new day begins at 12:00am. If you also go by this convention, Jenson was born at 11:59pm on February 28 and Benson was born at 12:00am on February 29. So Jenson has a birthday every 4 years. He celebrated his 3rd b'day, and 3*4=12 so he is 12 just like Jenson
