Question 315579: I would like to know how would I be able to find the measure of an angle using algebra when the two given angels that you would use for the equation are not congruent.
The only equation that I am aware of to find the measure of an angle using algebra is Here are two problems, one that has two given angels thare are congruent and one with one of the given angels being half of the other therefore they are not congruent.
For these problems, QP and QR are oppisite rays that form line PQR, and QT bisects 1. If m These are both parts/halfs of the angel

This is the one I can't figure out???
2. Find m I know what the answer is: The value of x( x=2.5) and the measure of When I do it the way I know, I come up with -1.9 which is obviuosly incorrect:
m 22a-11 = 12a-8
+8 +8
22a-19 = 12a
-22a -22a
19 = -10a
19/-10 = -10a/-10a
-1.9 = a
Can anyone help me, Please.
