Each of the base angles of the triangle is 7 times the third angle (the vertex angle).
Find the measure of the vertex angle.
:
let A = the vertex angle
then
7A = the base angles
:
7A + 7A + A = 180
15A = 180
A = 180/15
A = 12 degrees is the vertex angle
