20z=90-3+9
20z=96
z=96/20
z=4.8 solution of the unknown.
(16*4.8-9)+(4*4.8+3)=90
(76.8-9)+(19.2+3)=90
67.8+22.2=90 thus the two complementary angles are 67.8 & 22.2 degrees.
