Complementary angles add up to 90 degrees, no exceptions. So, if your angle measures 52 degrees, the complementary angle measures 90-52= 38 degrees.
Supplementary angles add up to 180 degrees, no exceptions. So, if your angle measures 35 degrees, its supplementary angle measures 180-35= 145
