x=72
x+36=108
Answer by Math_Boss(45) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x+y=180 "two supplementary angles"
x=smaller angle
y=larger angle
y=x+36 "the measure of the larger angle is 36° more than the measure of smaller"
Substitute y=(x+36)
x+(x+36)=180
2x=144
x=72
y=72+36=108
Ans:108 and 72
