Question 903953: In a pair of angles, 6x+19 is the supplement of x. The other two angles have no measurement yet. How can I solve for the values of the variable in this angle pair?
Answer by JoelSchwartz(130) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The supplement of x is 180-x The angle that is equal to the supplement of x is 6x+19.
180-x=6x+19
180-19=7x
161=7x
x=23
6x+19=180-23
6x+19=157
