Question 898278: Find x and y if the measures of the three interior angles of a triangle are
m∠6 = (6x-4)
m∠3 = (7x-10)
m∠4 = (4x-8)

Since the sum of the measures of the three interior angles of any
triangle is 180°, we add them and set the sum = 180°

(6x-4)+(7x-10)+(4x-8) = 180

6x-4+7x-10+4x-8 = 180

         17x-22 = 180

            17x = 202

              x = °
