An angle is 10 degrees less than three times its compliment. Find the angle.
let x=angle
Its complement: 90-x
x=3(90-x)-10
x=270-3x-10
4x=260
x=65˚

A = the angle
Its complement = 90 -A (not compliment)
A + 10 = 3*(90 -A)
A + 10 = 270 - 3A
4A = 260
A = 65 degs
