Let x be the shortest side, so that the other two sides are 3x and x+7. Then
x + 3x + (x+7) = 62
x = 11
The sides are 11, 33, 18. This is a bad problem, since 11, 18, 33 cannot be the sides of a triangle (11 + 18 < 33).
