I'm assuming these are two complementary angles.
Let A be the larger angle.
Let B be the smaller angle.

We're told in the problem the following:
A + B = 90
A:B = 3:2
.
The easiest way to do this is to see that the ratio contains "5". Divide the sum of the angles.
90/5 = 18
Then multiply the ratio.
18*2 and 18:3
36:54 is the same ratio as 2:3
36+54 = 90
