(4x-13) + (3x-2) = 90
7x - 15 = 90
7x = 90 + 15
7x = 105
x = 105/7
x = 15
then
angle abc: 4(15)-13 = 47 degrees
angle cbd: 3(15)- 2 = 43 degrees
