Question 799934: An angle measures 66° more than the measure of a complementary angle. What is the measure of each angle?
Answer by waynest(281)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
ist angle = x
2nd angle = x + 66
X + (x + 66) = 90
2x + 66 = 90
2x + 66 - 66 = 90 - 66
2x = 24
2x/2 = 24/2
x = 12
2nd angle = 78
check:
12 + (12 + 66) = 90
12 + 78 = 90
90 = 90
