Ans:
In an obtuse triangle, the largest angle is > 90. Since the sum of the 3 angles is
180, the sum of the smaller angles must be <= 89.
i.e. x + 2x <= 89 or 3x <= 89
Of the 4 choices for x given, clearly only one fits this condition i.e. x = 24.
For all the other 3, 3*x > 89.
So answer is 24 (c)
