What is the total amount? You can't fully solve this problem without the total angle. There is no way to know angle two if you don't know anything other than what angle one is. These angles could be ina triangle or a square or on a line. Please make sure you put in all the details for your problem next time so you can get the most help possible.
But here is how you would solve it in a nut shell if it was just angles!
You take the 70 and it to your second value and that equals your total. For my purposed we will say the total angle is 180 and your second angle is x. So you problem would look like this.

From there you would substract 70 from both sides and you would then get x.
