Draw and write what you know EVERY TIME.
Brake it down. The larger ones are first 2 as big so 2x, but then they are -27 after you do that so completely the larger ones are 2x-27. The total amount a parallelogram's angles should equal is 360. Like a square it has four corners, but one more than a triangle. A triangle has a total of 180 for all 3 of its sides so just times the number of corners by 60 and you will get the total angle degree. so
two smaller angles=x
two larger=2x-27
total angles=360
put this into a formula. You need to add all of the angles together in order to the total angle #.

Add like terms

Add 54 to both sides

divide 6 on each side.

Don't just look at a problem and think it is too hard at that one spot chances are you have done that problem before just it is saying it in a different order to mess with you. I hope you can think through the next one like this, if not come back to this one and remember the magic that is in that! Have fun!
