(10x+7) (7x+3)
The next one has vertical angles and will have the same measure; The answer will be 75 for each, but I"m not sure why I am not getting it.

Please help me find the measure of each marked angle: The measures must add to 180. I have the answers: 107 and 73. I'm just not sure how to get it. Not sure what step I'm missing.
(10x+7) (7x+3)
If they add to 180, then
(10x+7) + (7x+3) = 180
17x + 10 = 180
17x = 170
x = 10
etc.
---------
The next one has vertical angles and will have the same measure; The answer will be 75 for each, but I"m not sure why I am not getting it.

I don't know what a "vertical angle" is. Angles are measured between 2 lines. Vertical is a direction.
