How do you add degrees, minutes and seconds

Start with this:

130° 43' 51"
 45° 39' 20"
------------

Add each column:

130° 43' 51"
 45° 39' 20"
------------
175° 82' 71"

Since 82' is more than 60', we subtract 60' from 82', getting 22'
and add 1 to the number of degrees, getting 176°

130° 43' 51"
 45° 39' 20"
------------
175° 82' 71"
176° 22' 71"

Since 71" is more than 60", we subtract 60" from 71", getting 11"
and add 1 to the number of minutes, getting 13'

130° 43' 51"
 45° 39' 20"
------------
175° 82' 71"
176° 22' 71"
176° 23' 11"

That's the final answer.
