Call the angle a
By definition, the supplement = 180 - a
and the complement = 90 - a
180 - a = 3(90 - a) - 60
180 - a = 270 - 3a - 60
2a = 270 - 180 - 60
2a = 30
a = 15
check
180 - a = 3(90 - a) - 60
180 - 15 = 3(90 - 15) - 60
165 = 3 * 75 -60
165 = 225 - 60
165 = 165
