Question 501919: what is the measure of each angle, if the measure of an angle is 21 degrees more than twice its supplement?
Answer by cleomenius(959)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x + 21 + 2x = 180
3x + 21 = 180
3x = 159
x = 53, the smaller angle.
2(53) + 21 = 127 degrees.
127 degrees + 53 degrees = 180 degrees.
