Question 497143: Two angles are complementary. If one angle is 15 degrees more than twice the other angle, what are the angles?
Answer by cleomenius(959)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x + 15 + 2x = 90
3x = 75
x = 25 degrees, the smaller angle.
2(25) + 15 = 65 degrees, the other angle.
25 + 65 = 90 degrees; this does check.
