Question 495061: If angle ABD = (3x + 15)° and angle ABC = 94°, and angle CBD = (x + 7)°, what is the measure of angle CBD?
Answer by cleomenius(959) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Angles ABC + CBD = ABD
94 + x + 7 = 3x + 15
101 + x = 3x + 15
86 = 2x
43 = x
Angle ABD = 3(43) + 15 = 129 + 15 = 144
Angle CBD = 43 + 7 = 50
94 degrees + 50 degrees = 144 degrees.
This does check.
