Question 492123: the average of the measures of angle x, its complementary angle, and supplementary angle are 80 degrees. what is the measure of angle x. and why
Answer by cleomenius(959)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
180 - x + 90 - x + x = 240
270 -x = 240
30 degrees = x, The angle
60 degrees, the complement.
150 degrees, the supplement.
=============================
30 + 60 + 150 = 240 degrees, the total of the three angles.
Therefore, the average from the three angles will be 80 degrees.
Cleomenius.
