The sum of the measures of two acute angles is 120. The supplement of the smaller angle is 10 more than 6 times the complement of the bigger angle. Find the measures of both angles.
**
let x=smaller angle
let y=larger angle
x+y=120
..
180-x=6(90-y)+10
180-(120-y)=540-6y+10
180-120+y=550-6y
60+y=550-6y
7y=490
y=70
x=120-y=50
ans:
smaller angle=50
larger angle=70
