*Note: Let x be the measures of one of the 'Complementary' Angles. The other would be(90-x)
questions states

cross multiplying to solve for x
4(90-x) = 11x
360 - 4x = 11x
360 = 15x
24 = x
the Complementary angles would be 24 degrees and 66 degrees
