Question 355656: What is the measure of an angle if the measure of its supplement is 39 degree more than twice the measure of its complement?
Answer by mananth(16946) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
let the angle be x
the complement will be 90-x deg
the supplement = 180-x
..
180-x = 2(90-x)+39
180-x=180-2x+39
180-180-39=-2x+x
-x=-39
x= 39 the measure of the angle
