Sorry, I rushed into the answer. x=16, but then you have to substitute 16 for x into the expressions. So 3x-10 is called "the angle." So 38 is the answer. The other angle is {{2(16)+20=52}}} That angle is the complement. You have to be very clear on the wording of the problem.
