If a and b are the lengths of the two parallel bases of a trapezoid, and h is its height, the area of the trapezoid is
1/2 × h × (a + b) .
given a = 12ft , b = 14 ft , h = 26ft
Area A = 1/2 * 26 *(12+14)
A = 1/2 *26 *26
A = 338 ft ^2
