Does an angle of 95 degrees have a compliment?
-----------------------
You might say, "That's a nice angle.", that's a compliment.
It does not have a complement, tho. An angle and its complement add to 90 degs.
A complement of -5 degs sounds too cold.

No. Two Angles are Complementary if they add up to 90 degrees (a Right Angle). In other words the angle must be acute to have a complement.
