Question 311080: the second angle of a triangle is 3 times as large as the first. the third angle is 25% more than the first. find the measure of the smallest angle?
Answer by mananth(16946) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
let the first angle be x
the second angle will be 3x.
\the third angle will be x+0.25x
x+3x+1.25x= 180 deg
5.25x= 180
x=34.28 deg
Check
34.28+(3*34.28)+(1.25*34.28)=179.97
