Do you know what the complement of an angle is?
--------------------------------------------------
Complementary angles add to 90º.
-----------------------------------
The complement of an angle is 90º minus the angle.
The complement of 60º is 30º.
60 is 2 times 30, so the ratio is 2:1, 2 to 1.
