the key to your problems is knowing that complementary angles add up to 90 degrees.
a=2c-60
a+c=90
2c-60+c=90
3c=150
c=50
a=40
angle is 40
40/50=4/5 ratio
check
2*50-60=40
100-60=40
40=40
ok
