The measure of the angle's supplement is 30 degrees more than 4 times that of its complement. Find the measure of the angle described.

Supplementary angles add up to 180 so if x is the angle its supplement is 180 - x.
Complementary angles add up to 90 so if x is the angle its complement is 90 - x.

We are given that
4 times (90 - x) + 30 = 180 - x

360 - 4x + 30 = 180 - x

210 = 3x

x = 70

Compliment is 90 - 70 = 20
Supplement is 180 - 70 = 110
4 times 20 + 30 = 110
