No such thing. The measure of an angle in degrees plus the measure of its complement in degrees is 90 degrees. The complement of an angle which measures more than 90 degrees makes no sense -- sort of like saying you have 14 inches of string and want to know how much you have to add so that you have a foot of string.

Now, if you just made a mistake and really meant "supplement" instead of complement, then your question does make sense. An angle and its supplement sum to 180 degrees, so just subtract the angle measure from 180 to get the measure of the supplement.
