Since it is a right triangle, we alrady know that one angle is 90 degrees.
The relation between our other angles is:

So, the sum of the angles ina triangle is 180.
So:

Or, move the 90 over:

Plug in the relation we derived:

We can combine like terms:

Add 9 to both sides:

Divide by 3:

So, The second angle is 33.

To check, we can determine the first angle is:

and the sum of the two angles gives us 90.
