Step 3. Let 180-x be the supplementary angle.
Step 4. Then since the measure of an angle that is one fourth as large as its supplement.
Step 5. Solving the equation in Step 4 yields the following steps.
Multiply 4 to both sides to get rid of the denominator
Add x to both sides of the equation
Divide 5 to both sides of the equation
and where 36 is one-fourth of 144.
