Question 217963: if an angle is twelve less than twice its complement, what is the angle's measure?
Answer by checkley77(12844) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x+y=90
x=90-y
x=2y-12
2y-12=90-y
2y+y=90+12
3y=102
y=102/3
y=34 degrees ans.
x=2*34-12=68-12=56 ans.
Proof:
56+34=90
90=90
