The sum of the interior angles of a triangle is always 180 degrees. So add 15 to 85 and subtract that sum from 180. What is left will be the measure of your third angle.

The sum of the angles of ANY triangle is 180 degrees. To find the third angle, just add the two given angles together and subtract from 180.

In this case, add 15+85 = 100 degrees, and subtract 180-100 = 80 degrees.

A whole 3 sided triangle is equal to 180 so the two angels 15 and 85 are added with the third angel (x) and equals to 180 degrees.
15 + 85 + x = 180
Then you add the two numbers:
100 + x = 180
Subtract 100 from both sides:
100 + x = 180
-100 -100

x = 80 <--- And you should get 80 for the third angel! Simple is that!
