Question 185307: my questions is the following how would i solve these 4 problems they would like for me to sketch the angle in standard position for (a)30degree (b)150degree (a)-270degree and then to detemine two coterminal angles (one positive and one negative)for the angle (a)0=45degree

Answer by vleith(2983)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
In each case, start with one ray along the positive x-axis.
(a)30degree move counterclockwise 30 degrees and draw the other ray (quadrant 1)
(b)150degree move counterclockwise 150 degrees and draw the other ray (this is in quadrant 2)
(a)-270degree move clockwise 270 degrees (end up on the positive y axis)
detemine two coterminal angles (one positive and one negative)for the angle (a)0=45degree
one angle is positive 45, the other is -(360-45) = -315degrees
