Question 185070: find two angles such that the angles are vertical and complementary
Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
find two angles such that the angles are vertical and complementary
--------
vertical: x = y
compementary x = 90-y
------
Substitute to get:
x = 90-x
2x = 90
x = 45 degrees (one of the angles)
Since x = y, y = 45 degrees (the other angle)
