The problem is 125 degrees, 20 minutes, 30 seconds. The first part of the answer is 125 and 20.5 over 60 degrees, the second part of the answer is 125 and 41 over 120 degrees. Why was the fraction doubled? Thanks!

Why the fraction part is doubled?
It doesn't matter -- doubled, tripled,quadrupled, or even times 10. Just remember whatever you do on the numerator, also do it on the denominator so the process is not change. Let' see:
