Question 142518: I really need help... i don't remember how to do this.
The sides of a rectangle are 10" and 16". Find, to the nearest degree, the measure of the smaller angle at the intersection of the diagonals.

if you draw a line from the middle of the width (10" side) to the intersection,
__ the line bisects the smaller angle
__ this forms a right triangle with 5" and 8" as the legs and half the diagonal as the hypotenuse

let 2x=smaller angle __ tan(x)=5/8 __ x=32° __ 2x=64°
