Let x be "the angle".


Then its supplementary angle measure is 180-x degrees,

so an equation to find x is


    (180-x) - x = 18.8.


written exactly as you read the problem.  From this equation,


    180 - 18.8 = 2x


    x =  = 80.6 degrees.    


ANSWER.  The angles are  80.6 degrees and  180-80.6 = 99.4 degree.
