Question 1140713: An angle measures 20° more than the measure of a complementary angle. What is the measure of each angle?

Answer by math_helper(2461)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!

The angle is x
The complementary angle is 90-x

You are given:
x = (90-x)+20

Solve for x=55, 90-x=35 (notice the difference is 20, so this checks out)
